VastuuVahti is a Finnish sustainability consultancy specializing in practical sustainability solutions for SMEs.
We are skilled in sustainability reporting and VSME, carbon footprinting and sustainability development in all ESG categories. Our experts have over 20 years of education experience from academy and business. Sustainability reporting for SMEs
Sustainability information is increasingly requested from SMEs by customers, supply chains, financial institutions and in procurement processes. The VSME standard provides a practical framework for collecting, managing and communicating this information in a structured way.

VastuuVahti brings together expertise in environmental, social and governance sustainability. Our team combines sustainability expertise with extensive experience in business, finance, communications, technology and law.
Minna Rautio, BBA Social Sustainability & VSME Expert
Minna is an expert in sustainable business, service design and content development. Her background includes banking and finance as well as communications, entrepreneurship and marketing. She supports SMEs throughout their sustainability journey – from getting started to communicating sustainability performance and integrating sustainability into business strategy.
Her key areas of expertise include double materiality assessment, VSME reporting and social sustainability.
Sanna Taskila, D.Sc. (Tech.), Docent Environmental Sustainability Expert
Sanna is an experienced expert in circular economy and industrial processes. She has carried out carbon footprint calculations for dozens of companies and business groups, as well as numerous training sessions, workshops and company-specific advisory projects. She also has more than 20 years of experience in demanding expert roles in academia and business.
Her key area of expertise is environmental sustainability, particularly carbon footprinting, circular economy and sustainability development.
Eelis Paukku, LL.D., M.Sc. (Econ.), M.Sc. (Tech.), Docent Governance Sustainability Expert
Eelis is a legal expert and an authorized public accountant (KHT) with extensive experience in areas including commercial, sports and environmental law. Combining legal expertise with a strong business background, he brings a broad perspective to responsible business management across different industries. He also serves as a member of the Finnish Olympic Committee’s disciplinary body for ethical matters.
His key areas of expertise include governance, financial responsibility and sustainability-related legal matters.
